中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討企業員工参與志願解說服務的動機、服務的滿足感以及其對組織的認同感。研究者採質性研究方法,以參與2013年茂迪盃競賽得獎作品展解說服務的茂迪志工為對象,依據相關理論與文獻探討,並透過深度訪談進行分析研究。研究發現茂迪志工參與服務的動機除常見的自我成長學習及社會需求動機外,具較強的企業特色屬性,以推廣綠色能源為使命;其參與服務的滿足感則包含了自我成長與知識技能等學習成長外,更有互動交流、社會責任與協助企業推動綠能產業的滿足感等;在組織認同方面,茂迪志工認同公司推動企業社會責任的政策,會主動參與投入、努力達成組織的目標及維護公司名聲及茂迪公司的形象。本研究結果可作後續推動企業志工,鼓勵員工擔任志工的參考依據,並有助博物館與企業共同進行展示活動時的培訓參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate the motivation and satisfactions of corporate event volunteers. Qualitative research method was employed to examine the data gathered, via face-to-face indepth interviews, from corporate volunteers who offered illustrative services at the Special Exhibition of 2013 Motech Award. The results indicate that: Motivations of Motech volunteers include not only acquiring new knowledge and enhancing their illustration skills, but also with corporate characters to share their enthusiasm and knowledge about solar cell to the community in the hope of contributing to the community and delivering their social responsibilities. Satisfactions of the Motech volunteers deriving from the volunteering service include enriching their knowledge, being able to apply their illustration skills; feeling delightful via interacting with co-workers and establishing friendships; improving self-confident while being able to respond to audiences' questions, feeling satisfied for being recognized and getting compliments during the work, etc. On the organizational identity front, the 12 corporate volunteers, concurring to their Company's policy to promote corporate social responsibility, are enthusiastic in participating the volunteer services, use their best efforts to pursuing the organizational goals and safeguarding the Company's reputation and image. The results of this study can be used as a basis for promoting corporate volunteer program and encouraging staff to participate into volunteering work. It may also serve as a useful training tool to those volunteer event organizers who organize exhibition events jointly with museums. |
