中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討國內販售之酒精性飲料中胺基甲酸乙酯(EC)之含量,以建立其 EC 含量之基本資料。 在樣品製備上,對蒸餾酒類是先以石油醚作預萃取除去可能存在之非 極性干擾物質,再以二氯甲烷直接萃取後濃縮之;對非蒸餾酒類亦同樣以石油醚處理再進行 固相萃取後濃縮之。製備好之濃縮樣品,以毛細管氣相層析及火焰離子偵測器 (GC-FID) 進 行 EC 之檢測。 此製備程序之回收率在蒸餾酒部份, 當添加 40~400 μ g/ L 之 EC 時為 80.2~110.3%; 在非蒸餾酒部份,當添加 50 及 200ppb 之 EC 時分別為 78.6 及 87.1%。 本方法所用之 GC-FID 對樣品中 EC 之偵測限度為 6.7 ppb。在分析的樣品中,以米為主要 釀造原料的非蒸餾酒類含有較高的 EC,甚至有高達 1,200ppb 者; 以葡萄為釀造原料的非 蒸餾酒則未檢測出 EC 的存在。蒸餾酒類中 EC 存在的情況不如非蒸餾酒類普遍,僅有一個 以高梁及小麥為製造原料的樣品和一個 Scotch whiskey 含有超過加拿大對蒸餾酒制定的 150ppb EC 限量標準。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to determine the content of ethyl carbamate (EC) in commercial alcoholic beverages which retailed in domestic markets. For sample preparation, distilled spirits were pre-extracted with petroleum ether to remove non-polar interfering substances, and then extracted with methylene chloride and concentrated; non-distilled spirits were also treated with petroleum ether first, and then underwent solid phase extraction and concentration. The content of EC in the extracts of the samples was detected by capillary gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The recovery of EC in the distilled spirits spiked with 40 to 400 μ g/L of EC was 80.2 to 110.3% whereas that in the non-distilled spirits with 50 and 200 ppb of EC was 78.6 and 87.1%, respectively. The detection limit for EC in the samples by GC-FID of this method was 6.7 ppb. For the tested samples, the non-distilled spirits with rice as the major brewing material contained a higher level of EC, even greater than 1,200 ppb. However, no EC was detected in the non-distilled spirits which had grape as major brewing material. The occurence of EC in the distilled spirits was not like that in the non-distilled spirits. There are only a sample brewed with sorghum and wheat and a Scotch whiskey containing EC greater than 150ppb which is the regulation limit of Canadian. |
