中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在探討我國高職機械類科教師對於技能教學評量的態度及執行 情形。為達成本目的,本研究首先透過文獻探討,確立訪談大綱,同時確定訪談對象,進行 訪談,並以訪談及文獻探討之結果擬定問卷調查之內容。其次,本研究以高職機械類科教師 為母群, 由其中隨機抽樣實施問卷調查 " 經由文獻探討、訪談、及問卷調查資料之整合, 以瞭解我國高職機械科技能教學評量的現況,教師對技能教學評量的態度與執行情形。經由 上述之研究過程,本研究發現教師對理想技能教學評量的看法具有正向之態度,對於理想技 能教學評量亦具有基本之執行程度,然教師對於技能教學評量看法與執行程度之間仍有顯著 的差異。任教科別、教育程度、任教年資、以及年齡方面均為影響教師技能教學評量態度之 因素,教育程度亦影響教師技能教學評量之執行程度。由於機械類科教師對技能教學評量功 能的看法日趨成熟,雖然教師認為合理之技能教學評量配分比重與現行狀況稍有出入,但已 能掌握技能教學評量問題之所在,認同補救教學之功能。今後教師技能教學評量則應更重視 新評量策略、如真實評量、適性評量等之發展與運用。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine the attitudes of teachers and the level of accomplishment in regards to the mechanical skill evaluation. Two research methods were applied. First, an interview method was used with 10 teachers to collect data regarding the status of mechanical skill evaluations. After combining the results of the interviews with a literature review, a survey instrument was developed. An attitude survey was conducted to collect the opinions from the selected teachers in several vocational high schools. The sample included 453 teachers. Based on the results, teachers' attitudes related to the evaluation of mechanical skills was positive. Attitude was significantly influenced by the teachers' age, years of teaching, departmental classification, and educational background. There was a significant difference between the attitude and the level of accomplishment. The attitude obtained higher average scores than the level of accomplishment. The research also showed that there is a need to make wider use of new evaluation strategies such as authentic evaluation, adaptive evaluation and so on. |
