中文摘要 | Pendulum test is a common clinical technique for assessing spasticityin stroke patients. In this study a new biomechanical model was built to describe the trajectory of knee joint angle during the pendulum test. In the model the torques contributed by muscles with stretch reflexes, passive tissue and gravity were all considered. By using a constrained optimization method, parameters of the model were obtained by minimizing the squared errors between the experimental data and simulated data. Three normal subjects and one stroke patient were recruited in this study. The preliminary results indicated that, for normal subjects in the relaxed state, the torque acting on the knee was mainly contributed by the soft tissue and gravity. The torque contributed by muscles with stretch reflexes was almost negligible. On the other hand, in the stroke patient, the torque contributed by muscles with stretch reflexes was significant. |
英文摘要 | 單擺測試法是對中風病人痙攣程度常用的臨床測試法。本文中,我們建立了一個 新的生物力學模型來描述在單擺測試法中膝關節的擺動軌跡。在此模型中,我們考慮了軟組 織被動的剛性和阻尼、重力的作用跟大腿股四頭肌的牽張反射。膝關節的牽張反射機構包含 了兩個回饋迴路:與位置相關和與速度相關的迴路。在本研究中,共有三個正常人和一個中 風病患接受單擺測試賞驗。我們利用有拘束最佳化方法,以實驗跟模擬數據的最小平方差和 做為最佳化判斷準則,來得到模型的參數。實驗結果顯示正常人的膝關節扭力主要是由重力 及軟組織所產生,伸張反射機構幾乎沒有作用。相反的,在病患的膝關節伸張反射有關鍵的 影裨,使擺動約次數減少並使擺動的軌跡非線性化。 |
