中文摘要 | 本文旨在以不同溫度、時間、單板含水率及添加膨潤劑等之組合處理條件下杉木 (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook var. lanceolata, China for)及柳杉(Cryptomeria japonica D. Don, Japanese cedar)單板以Acetic anhydride行氣相處理,探討各影響因子對乙醯化效果之影 響,其結果如下: 1.杉木或柳杉單板以添加呲啶為膨潤劑處理者可獲較高之重量增加率。 2.不論是杉木或柳杉其單板含水率為絕乾或為氣乾狀態對重量增加率之影響不明顯。 3.重量增加率隨反應溫度之增高而升高,且有顯著差異。但杉木以120℃及藥液沸騰溫 度之間其差異則不顯著。 4.處理時間之增長對重量增加率之影響差異顯著,若添加呲啶而反應溫度為藥液沸點 時,杉木之重量增加率在l hr.即達24%,柳杉則於0.5 hr.可達23%。 5.以各種相同之組合處理條件行乙醯化處理時,杉木與柳杉間之處理效果差異不顯著。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to investigate the treating temperature, time, moisture content of the veneer and the swelling agent affect the weight percent gain of China fir and Japanese cedar by acetic anhydride vapor treatment. The results of this experiment are summarized as the following: 1. Higher weight percent gain can be made under the condition that using pyridine as swelling agent to treat both China fir and Japanese cedar veneer. 2. Either China fir or Japanese cedar, no significant difference of weight percent gain was observed between the veneers treated under the condition of oven dried or air seasoned. 3. The weight percent gain had been significantly increased as the treating temperature was increased, except the temperature of 120℃ and boiling point of treating solution to treat Chair fir. 4. The weight percent gain had been significantly increased as increasing period of treating time. Adding pyridine as swelling agent, the weight percent gain of china fir and Japanese cedar could up to 24% and 23% when the treating temperature was at boiling point, and the treating time was 1 hr. and 0.5 hr. respectively. 5. No significant difference of treating effect was observed between the species of China fir and Japanese cedar treated with the same methods of acetylation. |
