中文摘要 | 本研究係以曾參與「全面提昇產品設計能力五年計畫」之設計輔導案的企業或廠 商及設計顧問公司為研究對象,透過問卷調查、深度訪談及專家諮詢建構「委外設計專案成 效評估模式」。研究中發現臺灣地區中小型未設立設計部門的企業為了避免資源浪費,而規 模較大且已設立設計部門的企業,為了見習設計專業的學養及經驗並激勵內部設計師,所以 將設計案委外。而進行委外設計專案成效評估的重要步驟有三項: 1. 考量評價的基準要項-不同的專案目標、合約內容、單位類別、及產品類別。 2. 建立評價執行架構-設計執行程序、設計檢討時點、及成效評估執行系統。 3. 設定評價判斷的準則-評估檢核表與評估要項、加權及成效總評計算方式。 |
英文摘要 | The subjects of this study were the clients and consultants who ever participated in the projects of "the Five-year Plan of General Upgrading of Product Design Capabilities" in Taiwan. With both quantitative and qualitative research, as well as expert consultation, this study tried to establish a general evaluation model for assessing the performance of the outsourcing-design projects. In Taiwan, for the most enterprises, the reasons of commending design activities to external design firms are quite different. The smaller companies without in-house design groups are intended to obtain design source outsides, while the bigger ones with their internal design groups are intended to improve design techniques and experience. This study proposes a framework for evaluating the outsourcing-design projects, which consists of the following procedures: 1. To identify the evaluation criteria which includes the differences of units, products, project goals, and contract contents. 2. To establish the evaluation procedure which includes the performing process of design, the check points of design, and the performing system of evaluation. 3. To frame the evaluation tasks which includes the check lists and items for evaluating, the weighting of items, and the computational equation of total evaluation of a project. |
