中文摘要 | 本試驗以’黃秀芳’,’荷蘭黃’及’Blue Marble’三個不同植株形態的菊花品種為材料,比較莖頂培養植株與癒傷組織再生植株的性狀。各品種的變異率以’黃秀芳’最穩定;’荷蘭黃’的莖頂培養植株與癒傷組織再生植株雖有變異,但變異率不大;’Blue Marble’的癒傷組織再生植株變異率最大。植株性狀如株高、節數、節間長等在’荷蘭黃’與’Blue Marble’皆有變異發生;開花性狀上,三品種的莖頂培養植株皆比癒傷組織再生植株,有管狀花數增多與舌狀花數減少的變異情形發生。 |
英文摘要 | The genetic stability of plants from micropropagation of the chrysanthemum cultivars ‘Huang Shiu Fang’, ‘Netherlands Yellow’ and ‘Blue Marble’ was studied. The variation of regenerated plants from shoot tip or callus. Depended on cultivars. ‘Huang Shiu Fang’ was the most stable, followed by ‘Netherlands Yellow’, and the variation rate of regenerated ‘Blue Marble’ was the highest. The regenerated plants of ‘Netherlands Yellow’ and ‘Blue Marble’ from callus or from shoot tip were different on the plant height the number of nods and the length of internode. Besides these, all plants from callus had more disk flowers and less ray floewrs. |
