| 中文摘要 | 1. 水稻經 X射線處理後曾獲得多數的突然變異系統,由此等突變系統取出一部份調查其特性與遺傳行為。關於桿長、抽穗期、結實率等性狀大多系統均有繼續分離之傾向,但其中約有1/8系統,關於此等性狀已可繁殖固定。 2. 突變系統之株高,多數僅有原品種之70~90%。但有少數系統則較原品種高約10%。突變系統之分蘗數多較原品種為少。但較原品種為多者,亦有少數系統。 3. 突變系統與原品種雜交後,由其F1變異情形,可知除有一系統可能為不完全顯性突變外,其餘供試驗系統均為隱性突變。 4. 根據突變系統與原品種雜交F2之分析結果,可知株高亦為單因子之隱性突變。支配突變系統間F3株高之變異,係由2個獨立之遺傳因子發生突變所致。 5. 各突變系統各種性狀之遺傳力以抽穗期為最大,株高次之,分蘗數最小。 6. 各系狀間之遺傳相關,株高與分蘗數為正相關,分蘗數與抽穗期為負相關,而抽穗期與株高則有2個組合為正相關,另有3個組合為負相關。 7. 直穗性狀為單因子之隱性突變所致。 |
| 英文摘要 | 1. Several X-ray induced mutants of rice were investigated regarding morphological characters (plant height, heading date, seed setting etc.) and with some of them the inheritance of those characters. Some mutant strains showed to segregate continuously while others seemed to breed true for these characters. 2. Many mutant strains showed lower plant height than the control, but some strains were higher by about 10%. Except a few strains, the number of tillers of these mutants were less than the control. 3. The F1s of these mutants with the control indicated that the mutant genes appeared to be recessive, except for one strain which incomplete dominance was suspected. 4. Variations in plant height in the F2s were understood to be due to 3:1 or 1:2:1 segregation. The F2 between two of these mutant strains showed that there might be two independent genes segregating. 5. The heritability values were computed in these crosses. The heading date showed the highest value and plant height also showed high values, while tiller number showed low values. 6. Positive genetic correlations were found between plant height and tiller number, but negative ones between tiller number and heading date. The genetic correlation between plant height and heading date was positive in two crosses and negative in other four crosses. 7. A special mutant "erect panicle" (panicles do not bend down at maturity) was also studied. This character was found to be due to a recessive gene mutation. |
