中文摘要 | 本研究之目的是探討跑步機內設之能量消耗計算公式。跑步機之能量計算公式的驗證分別設定跑步機在五種體重,九個速度及六個坡度下,共270種組合的情況下各五分鐘,記錄儀表板顯示之能量消耗數值。利用回歸分析之資料統計計算體重、速度、及坡度三個自變數與能量消耗之關係。所產生能量消耗公式並與美國運動醫學會之公式相比較,結果顯示兩者非常接近。對健身器材工業而言,跑步機之品質除硬體結構需考量外,在跑步機之軟體工業例如能量計算公式的探討與發展亦須加強,才有提升競爭力。對運動訓練指導者或使用者而言,對於儀器顯示之資訊亦應有所了解,才能達到有效訓練之目標。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to identify the formula which is used by the motorized treadmill and to compare the formula with t he one developed by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Two hundred seventy conditions, lasted 5 minutes each, which were determined by 5 weights, 9 speeds and 6 slopes. The energy consumption value on the screen were recorded and put in the regression analysis to develop the formula. The formula finally developed was very similar to ACSM formula. In order to improve the quality of a treadmill, hardware and software (the energy consumption formula) should be both focused in the industrial company. It is also important for both exercise leader and user to understand the information to make the training even more successful. |
