中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討氮肥施用量之差異對紅豆接種根瘤菌後生長與產量之影響,氮(N)素處理分別為0、30、60、90及120kg/ha五個處理等級。試驗結果顯示,根瘤菌接種下,氮肥施用量並未顯著影響紅豆植株之高度及其分枝數之多寡。節數則顯著受氮肥之影響,以每公頃施用120公斤氮素之處理組,其單株節數平均12.47個為最高。單株結莢數以90公斤/公頃之處理組8.1個為最低,對照組與120公斤/公頃處理組同為10.2個最高。平均單株子實粒數則不受氮肥施用量之影響,收穫指數介於60.38.65.06%之間,以120公斤/公頃處理之60.38%及60公斤/公頃處理之60.66%顯著低於其餘處理組,以氮肥30公斤/公頃處理之65.06%為最佳。氮肥施用對百粒重無增重之效果,產量結果亦同。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this research was to study the effect of different nitrogen application levels on the growth and yield of adzuki bean inoculated with Rhizobia. The levels of nitrogen application were 0、30、60、90 and 120kg/ha. Among the different treatments of nitrogen levels, the plant height and branch number of adzuki bean had no significant differences. The node numbers of adzuki bean were significantly influenced by the nitrogen levels. When the plant treated with 120kg/ha of nitrogen, it had the most node number. The treatments of 0kg/ha and 120kg/ha nitrogen application were better than those of 90kg/ha treatment in pod number. Different nitrogen application levels had no effect on the seed number. The harvest index range of adzuki bean was from 60.38% to 65.06%. The nitrogen level of 30kg/ha had the best harvest index compared with other treatments. When the plant treated with 60kg/ha or 120kg/ha of nitrogen, it got the worst harvest index. The nitrogen had no effect on the hundred grains weight and yield of adzuki bean. |
