中文摘要 | 臨床上,牙科植體已逐漸普遍地應用於缺牙區的重建,而欲植入的骨組 織若有缺損時則可將骨組織進行再生手術。本文討論牙科植體植入再生骨組織當 中之癒合及骨整合情形與臨床應用之時機。另外就承受咬合力及再生膜提早曝露 之因素對於植體與再生骨組織之間的影響,作文獻之回顧與探討。 |
英文摘要 | It is getting more and more popular lately forrestoring edentulous area by dental implants andprostheses. However, some patients have com-promised bone sites such as severe ridge resorptionor bony defects. To solve these problems, research-ers have endeavored to develop new regenerationtechniques for dental implants since 1980. In thisliterature review, we will discuss the healing proc-ess and osseointegration between regeneated boneand dental implants. How to apply these regenera-tion techniques? Its indications will be described. In addition, the follow-up surveys of these dental implants reveal that it is not suitable for immediateimplants and regenerating bone to withstand functional loading and masticatory forces but with theexception of implants in the mature regeneratedbone. Complications like early membrane exposuremight decrease the quality and quantity of regenerated bone so frequent follow-ups to maintain goodoral hygiene are necessary. Regeneration techniquesof dental implants provide us more possibilities anda promising future for dental implant therapies. |
