中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在藉由壓力調適課程學習情境來討論軍事教育教學前景。這研究採 質的研究法與描述性統計分析,探討學習歷程中學生資質與學習情境二變數的現況。分析資 料來自修習壓力調適課程學生之面談及開放式紙筆式問卷。針對學生的需求與任務的要求, 本文除了提出心理學相關課程修正辦法,還提出軍事教育教學研究併進的策略。本文認為激 發官校生思考力是培養二十一世紀軍事人力資源的重要途徑。唯擁有合理解釋、精確判斷、 精確預測和適度控制的軍官能降低不當管教的發生頻率。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore effects of military discipline and the stress management course on cadets through interview, questionnaires and content analyses. All data were collected from the cadets who enrolled in the stress management class. The qualitative and descriptive quantitative analyses were aimed at the cadets' learning responses and learning situations. The teaching improvement and the further study of military education were discussed: it is important to help cadets to develop their critical, analytic, creative and synthetic thinking abilities in order to make right judgments on matters in different kinds of situations once they become officers. Right judgments are able to reduce the frequency of military discipline problems. |
