中文摘要 | 本研究係探討原生殼斗科樹種-鬼櫟,其種子於不同成熟期之各項基本性質調查及發芽率之變化。研究結果顯示:(1)殼斗之色澤隨採集期之發展而變化,10月上、中旬第一次及第二次採集時園現深綠色,至11月初第三次採集時轉為綠色,及至11月中旬第四次採集時轉為淺綠色,殆至11月下旬第五次採集時呈現灰綠色;(2)水選下沉種子之含水率,於第一次採集時為42%,第二次採集時,含水率上升為54.3%,第三次採集時,含水率再升為61.7%,殆至第四次採集時,含水率即因成熟作用而略降為46.7%,含水率甚高,且未顯現急速下降之趨勢;(3)櫟實之百粒鮮重與含水率具有相同之變化趨勢,於當年之11月初達到鮮重與含水量之最高峰,隨後即顯現成熟乾燥作用而兩者均略為下降;(4)於4次採集中,百粒乾重具有顯著之增加趨勢,並於第四次採集時達到最重,較諸鮮重與含水量之最高峰為晚。因此,根據種子含水率之變化樣式,認為屬於異藏型種子;(5)水選下沉種子發芽率較佳者,比重多介於1.09-1.10間之發芽率可達44.7%,而水選漂浮粒之比重介於0.74-0.87且均無發芽,足見以水作為篩選溶液之篩選方法相當可行。 |
英文摘要 | We investigated the coloration, moisture content, dry weight and germination percentage of Lithocarpus lepidocarpus seeds at different maturation stages. We found 1.Color of cupule changed with the different collecting time. They were deep green at the first and second collections, from Oct. 6 to 16, then changed into green and light green at the third and fourth collections, from Nov. 1 to 15. Finally, on Nov. 23, the fifth collection, color of cupule appeared to by gray green. 2.Moisture content of seeds showed an increasing tendency at the first three collecting time, from 42 to 54.3 then to 61.7% accordingly. Although moisture content was lightly decreased to 46.7% at the fourth collection, it was still higher then orthodox seeds. However, maturation drying was not occurred until shedding. 3.Fresh weight of seeds showed the same tendency with moisture content, and also peaked on Nov. 1. After then, both moisture content and fresh weight were lightly decreased at the fourth collection. 4.Dry weight of seeds peaked at the fourth collection, on Nov. 15, which was later then than peak of moisture content and fresh weight, on Nov. 1.Based on the changes of moisture content and dry weight of seeds, Lithocarpus lepidocarpus seeds were classified as recalcitrant type. 5.Germination percentage of sank seeds selected by water flotation was improved significantly and could reach to 44.7%, and the density of sand seeds were measured between 0.09 to 1.10. On the contrary, the density of floating seeds were measured between 0.71 to 0.87, and no germination was observed. Which indicated that water flotation method could be used for obtaining sound seeds. |
