中文摘要 | 太陽能的利用研究由來已久,曾因石化能源的便宜而中輟,太陽能將是石油耗盡後最可行的能源。本文旨在探討利用太陽能來乾燥木材,以電熱管為輔助能源,藉溫度及光照度等之感測器來測知窯內、外的溫度、濕度及光度狀況,用電腦作狀況監視、啟動輔助熱源、風扇循環及抽氣等之控制。主要結果如次所示:1﹒太陽能乾燥窯的作用以日照充足時段為主10:00~15:00為溫度高峰期,夜晚時段幾無績效。又窯體溫度受到陰雨的影響至為明顯。2﹒抽氣或以風扇做氣流循環時,雖然窯內溫度稍降,但不論白天或夜晚,乾、輝、球溫度均至少有5℃的差距,顯示乾燥能力可以日夜持續進行。3﹒對阿拉斯加扁柏製材的乾燥效率,木材含水率從25~30%降至12~18%時約耗時一週。中途因逢大雨連連的影響,含水率幾無降低,甚至有回潮現象。放晴後一週,其合水率進一步降至10~13%左右。4﹒黑色密閉式窯體的聚熱效果較佳,冬天約可提高15℃,夏天氣溫約30℃時窯內溫度約達55℃以上。5﹒啟動輔助加熱管後,氣溫約20℃的夜間,窯內溫度亦可達到℃左右,白天配合聚熱效果時則達70℃以上。 |
英文摘要 | The study on the utilization of solar energy has a long history, and was interrupted by the low price of petroleum energy, but it will be a most available energy while the petroleum is exhausted. In this study, solar energy is used to dry the lumber, and electric heater is used as a supplementary energy source; thermocouple and light sensor are used to measure the temperature, humidity in the kiln luminosity of sunshine. PC is used to start the electric heater and electric fan for air circulation purpose when needed. The main experimental, results are summarized as follows: 1. The main efficiency of solar kiln is during shinning period, usually has a peak from 10:00 to 15:00, it almost has no efficiency during the night, and the temperature of kiln is extremely effected by rainy day. 2. During the period of exhaust or air circulation by electrical fan, temperature in the kiln will fall down slight, and there is 5℃ difference between the dry and wet bulb temperature during the day and night time, showing the good performance of drying operation through day and night. 3. It took about one week for the moisture content of chamaecyparis nootkatensis lumber to decrease from 25% ~ 30% to 12 ~ 18%, there was no decrease in M.C. during ten raining days later, and again decreased to 10 ~ 13% after one week of shinning days. 4. The heat efficiency of black enclosed kiln is the best, temperature can raise up to about 15℃ in winter, and will reach 55℃ while atmospheric temperature is about 30℃ in summer. 5. While supplementary heater was started, temperature in the kiln could reach to 50℃ and outdoor temperature was only 20℃ during the night, and it would reach to 70℃ during sunny day. |
