英文摘要 | The phase Ⅰ & Ⅱ water threatment plants have been running for more than 20 years. Those original control systems were all traditional hard-wired relay sequence circuits, which have been revamped by an advanced central monitoring and distributed control system to meet the requirement of operator's personnel policy and modern plant's control system. The new distributed control system (DCS) integrates each area of water treatment systems via a ring of fiber optical network and also enables the operators in center control room to easily monitor and control their equipments. This paper describes the engineering and commissioning works we did, and also introduces the functions of Bailey INFI-90 DCS system. |
