| 中文摘要 | 在電弧爐冶煉過程中,加入石灰、螢石等造渣劑去除雜質,所產生的爐渣中,可 回收再利用之資源,以不�袗�金屬球為主,約佔5%左右,具有磁性,可利用物理之選礦方法 分選、回收,可供回爐使用。其餘非磁性部分可為細骨材使用。 電爐渣中之鋼球為Fe-Cr-Ni合金,可利用顎形碎礦機配合球磨機及鎚碎機將之粉碎單離 、磁選出來,鋼球的單離度與回收率皆可達95%以上。電爐渣中非磁性部份,為含Ca、Si、 Al等元素之氧化物,就骨材之品質而言,屬於佳品質等級之陸砂料源,可作為混凝土骨材、 透水磚骨材及道路面層使用。若能將不�袗�電爐渣進行資源化處理與利用,則不但能節省目 前之處理成本(約200元/噸),且能回收其中之有價物料(約680元/噸);而資源化處理之 成本,經初步估計為558元/噸,其運作之損平衡價格為632元/噸,皆較回收物料之收益為低 ,故就以經濟的觀點來看,不�袗�電爐渣之資源之處理,仍具開發之經濟潛力。 本研究之目的是以不�袗�電爐渣為原料,利用不同粉碎條件對不�袗�球進行單離試驗並 回收之。此外,亦針對不�袗�電爐渣資源化處理與利用,進行經濟評估,以作為日後處置的 參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | the metallic grians in the air-cooled slag of electric-arc furnace steel- making plant are about 5% weight and are valuable materials to recovery. After liberation operation, the metal grains can easily be separated for their ferromagnetic property. The nonmagnetic tailing is considered useful as fine aggregates. Four comminution systems were designed for recycling of metal grains in the slag. The equipment was composed of a jaw crusher, a rolling mill, or a impact crusher. In the best conditions, the recovery of metallic grains has been achieved at about 95%, and the quality of tailing was suitable for using as concrete aggregates. We also offer a comparison among different comminuting flow sheets inrecycling process for the recovery and liberation of metal grains. From these test results, the economic evaluation was calculated under the best recycling conditions. |
