中文摘要 | 室內倒渣場主要在於處理轉爐產出之轉爐渣,由於轉爐渣產量大,在傳統渣處理過程中,容易造成空污與氣濕問題,增添諸多作業困擾。因此引用渣盤作業除幫助轉爐石後續資源化的有效性並改善室內渣場環保及工安問題。由於渣盤使用時,因高溫作業中常承受熱脹冷縮溫差變化,渣盤嚴重變形,造成操作上的困擾,因此針對渣盤變形之缺點逐一改善,更改渣盤材質,增加抗拉強度,所以渣盤演進共有五種型式,使渣盤改善更精良耐用。但渣盤採購製作速度慢與成本考量,仍無法滿足生產需求,因此透過各方面努力開發渣盤修護機制,維持渣盤上線使用數量,以利生產運作。 |
英文摘要 | The BOF slag, a byproduct discharged from BOF, was processed in Slag Handling Facility. Air pollution and industrial safety risk, arisen from the traditional process, were deeply concerned. The slag pan was consequently introduced. However, the high temperature operation results in the slag pan distorted seriously. Some changes, such as pan material change, and pan shape, size change et al., which will be discussed in the article, have been made for field trials satisfactory improvements have not been achieved from the point of view of cost. |
