中文摘要 | 並沒食子酸( Ellagic acid )被用來檢測對老鼠血液和肝臟組織 N-乙醯轉移酵 素的影響。N- 乙醯轉移酵素對芳香胺類 2-Aminofluorene 的乙醯化和非乙醯化的量,以高 壓層析儀來檢測而決定酵素的活性。隨著並沒食子酸( Ellagic acid )劑量增加,老鼠血 液和肝臟組織 N- 乙醯轉移酵素活性也跟著相對的減少,也就是說並沒食子酸濃度增高則該 酵素活性則愈低。結果同時也顯示並沒食子酸降低老鼠血液和肝臟 NAT 酵素的 Km 和 Vmax 值。這是第一次報告並沒食子酸抑制老鼠血液和肝臟 NAT 酵素活性。 |
英文摘要 | Ellagic acid was used to determine the effect of arylamine N-acetyltransferase (NAT) activity in rat blood and liver tissues cytosols. By using high performance liquid chromatography, NAT activity for acetylation of 2-aminofluorene and remain unacetylated 2-aminofluorene were examined. The NAT activity in rat blood and liver tissues was inhibited by ellagic acid in a dose-dependent manner: i.e., the greater the concentration of ellagic acid in the reaction, the greater the inhibition of NAT activities in both examined tissues. The data also indicated that ellagic acid decreased the apparent Km and Vmax of NAT enzymes from rat blood and liver tissues cytosol. This report is the first demonstration to show that ellagic acid affects rat blood and liver tissues NAT activity. |
