中文摘要 | 為瞭解成功嶺暑訓對專科學生健康體能的影響於民國85年6月5日與85年10月24日,分別測量學生暑訓前後的健康體能;結果發現:暑訓後學生的柔軟度、肌耐力,與心肺適能均較暑訓前進步,顯示暑訓對學生健康體能有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | In order to understand the effect of the summer training in Cheng-gung-ling upon college students' physical fitness, We compared their health-related physical fitness before training with theirs after training. The result shows: after training, students' muscular fitness flexibility and cardio-vascular fitness are better then they, were before. According to result it could improve college students' physical fitness to receive the summer training in Cheng-gung-ling. |
