中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解本校日間部女生體適能現況以作為體育教學之參考,研究以日間 部五專一、 二、三年級及二專一年級等四年級共 1826 名學生為受試者, 採用教育部(民 86 )所訂定體適能測驗項目,包括:身體質量指數( BMI )、坐姿體前彎,一分鐘屈膝仰 臥起坐、立定跳遠及 800 公尺跑走等共六項。 由任課教師以隨堂測驗方式進行測驗,所得 資料經統計套裝軟體 SPSS/PC 處理,並和台灣地區學生常模作比較, 研究所得獲致如下結 論:(一)本校學生體適能現況經實際測驗結果發現,除代表柔軟度的坐姿體前彎外,其餘 各項皆低於同年齡層 50% 之常模,必需加強。 (二)不同年級問的比較結果發現,二專一 年級的體適能測驗成績除身體質量指數 (BMI) 外,皆優於五專一、二、三年級, 原因可能 為年齡較大的成熟因素。(三)建議持續體適能測驗以作為評估學生體能現況及評量體育教 學成效之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the present condition of students' physical fitness and capacity and find solutions to our physical training courses in Tak-Ming Business College. There were six items in the test, including BMI, Sit-and-Reach, I-Minute Sit-up, Jump, and 800 m Run-Walk. These tests were standard items according to regulations from Ministry of Education. The tests were conducted in class by each teacher and the data were processed by SPSS software. We were paid special attention to the differences between our student's statistics and their peers' results (according to averages from islandwide surveys). We found: (1) According to actual test results, the average fitness scale of each grade of students was 50% lower than that of their peers, except Sit-and-Reach. This was intriguing and should be studied carefully and improved. (2) Senior students' fitness average of every test item was higher than that of all the other grades, except BML Their being older might be the cause. As result, we propose that the tests should be continued in the future so as to accumulate more da@a and help us to understand and evaluate physical training. |
