中文摘要 | 嘉義(番路鄉)及苗栗(公館鄉)兩地之氣溫大致相同,隨著地溫度不同,'牛心'柿之生長習性皆受影響。嘉義較苗栗地區萌芽、開花、果實轉色、及採收成熟期早。兩地均自12月下旬開始落葉,4星期後完全落葉進入休眠期。 兩地生長枝梢及葉片分析之結果顯示,嘉義'牛心'柿之生長枝和結果枝葉片之全氮量,萌芽初期較高,隨季節變化而降低,而苗栗'牛心'柿葉片全氮含量較嘉義為低。兩地葉片全磷含量顯著偏高,而枝梢葉片鉀含量顯著不足,且果實轉色期時鈣、鎂兩元素含量不足。 嘉義'牛心'柿枝條及葉片中碳水化合物量,因開花與果實發育而降低,果實採收後和枝條生長停止時相繼提高而後降低。結果枝和非結果枝上葉片之乙醇可溶性醣略有差異。結果枝者於展葉、開花後逐漸降低。果實發育時最低,轉色後漸增。澱粉變化較為平穩,9月果實採收後澱粉含量升高後下降。 |
英文摘要 | Monthly average air temperature at Fan-Luh, Chiayi and Gung-Guan, Miau-Lih were quite similar. Monthly average soil temperature of Miau-Lih district was much lower than that of Chiayi. The phenology of persimmon varied with different soil temperature significantly. Bud bursting, flowering and fruit setting, termination of shoot elongation. In the both district of fruit development period of 120 days. Bud bursting, color changing of fruits took place earlier at Chiayi district than at Miau-Lih, and with harvest time earilier that of the latter. Leaf shedding of persimmon began on Dec. 22 and entered into dormant stage four weeks later when leaf shedding was completed at both counties. Leaf samples of ten-years old, 'Niou-Shin' were assaged. The growth and total N contents of leaves of fruit bearing branch were initially high but decreased with seasonal change. In Miura Lih, total foliar N contents of 'Niou-Shin' persimmon were lower than that of Chiayi. The total foliar P contents in the two counties were significantly high, and but significantly deficient in K contents of apical branch samples. The Ca and Mg contents were low during the period of fruit color changing. In order to promote both fruit yield and quality, a complete information nutrition requirement for persimmon growth has to be established to serve as criteria for fertilization to the persimmon grower. The carbohydrate content in both persimmon shoots and leaves decreased following fruit development, but increased and subsequently declined after harvest. There was slight difference on ethanol extractable sugars between leaves of fruit-bearing and non-fruiting shoots. The ethanol extractable sugars in fruit-bearing shoot declined gradually after leaf expansion and flowering, declined to lowest during fruit development, but increased subsequently after color turning. Starch levels were rather stable. Starch content increased after fruit harvested in September but declined thereafter. |
