中文摘要 | 本文探討冷卻風扇噪音與振動之訊號處理方法取任意選擇某廠牌風扇,外殼長為 5cm,寬為5cm,厚為lcm,重為18.8公克,風扇有7葉片,外殼有3個肋支撐結構。首先設計 懸臂樑式測試基座固定風扇於自由端,以加速度計置於自由端量測振動響應,並以麥克風懸 吊至於風扇附近量測噪音壓力位準。噪音及振動訊號分別以頻譜分析儀處理,探討不同的訊 號處理方式以作為風扇品質檢驗之可行性評估,頻譜分析中考慮了四種不同的視窗加權函數 以及不同頻寬之影嚮。結果顯示flat-top加權函數配合傅立葉頻譜分析較適合,振動量測時 設定800HZ頻寬,而噪音量測應設定3.2KHz。本文所發展之量測方法可進一步應用到冷卻風 扇品質評估。 |
英文摘要 | This paper discusses the signal processing methods for noise and vibration measurement of PC cooling fans. A fan with dimension 5x5x1 cm, weight 18.8g, contains seven leaves and three ribs in the case. A cantilever beam is designed to support the fan at the free end. The accelerometer is fixed right at the bottom of the fan to determine the vibration response. The microphone is suspended near the fan to measure the sound pressure level of the fan. The noise and vibration signals are processed in various methods for the evaluation of the feasibility of fan quality inspection. Spectrum analysis considers four types of window functions and different frequency spans. Results show that Fourier response function with the flat-top window is the most suitable. 800 Hz frequency range is sufficient for vibration response, while 3.2 KHz is required for noise measurement. The developed measurement method can be further applied to quality control of cooling fans. |
