中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的是探討音樂系學生目前噪音性聽力損失之現況。好的聽力對一個音樂表演者而言,是非常地重要;但音樂表演所產生的音量常常足以造成聽力的損失。即使是很輕微的聽力損失,都足以影響音樂表演的品質。 這次研究是以19位音樂系一年級的學生為主要探討對象,他們的平均年齡為19.4歲,平均彈奏樂器的年數為11.5年,另外,也分析了20位幼教系二年級學生的聽力狀況。每個人都作了問卷調查及純音聽力測驗。研究結果,任何一側耳朵的單一頻率聽力閾值大於或等於20分貝的比率為14.3%,聽力損失主要是分佈在較低頻率的部分,而且左耳的聽力狀況比右耳差;音樂系和幼教系學生間的差異性不大,在統計學上,並沒有達到顯著的意義。 本研究獲得的結論,音樂系學生目前的聽力情況,沒有受到音樂表演時高分貝音量的影響,但仍然有潛伏的危險性存在,值得大家注意及進一步了解。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to assess the incidence of noise induced hearing loss due to music performance. Hearing is of special vocational importance in musicians. Musical performance may create sound sufficiently intense to cause sensorineural hearing loss. Although such losses are usually not severe enough to be detectable, they may interfere with the musical performance. The hearing of student of musical education department was studied, students of pre-school education department served as a reference group. We examined 19 student of musical education department, they were 19 to 25 years old (mean, l9.4 ears, their average duration of performing music was 4 to l6 years (mean, l1.5 years). Pure tone audiometry was performed and we examine the pure tone thresholds of 0.25,.5,1,2,4,6,8kHz. Percentage of ears which had 20 dB or more hearing loss was l4.3%. In most publication about noise-induce hearing loss report that the high frequency region is impaired most. In my study, the low frequency region was affected most; poor thresholds in the left ear than In the right ear was also found. Studied group showed no significant difference compared with reference group. In sum, the exposure of students to the practice of music has yet had no effect on their hearing, but has potential risk for occupational hearing loss. |
