中文摘要 | 在本文中,研究者首先指出教育改革必須要結合學校與教師發展同步進行,並提 出學校與教師發展的計畫與策略,希對國內教師的專業成長與發展,提供新的方向與具體作 法。 學校與教師發展必須把學校視為教師成長與學習的專業社區,使得教師在學校中一起研 究,教學與生活,全校師生彼此結合成為密切互動的組織。 學校發展與教師發展必須全體教職員工全心投入,一起參與規劃。如果學校能依據所規 劃的內容、重點與實施步驟逐步的落實,相信對學校發展與教師成長都會有顯著的改變。 |
英文摘要 | Teacher development and school development have attracted increasing attention in recent years. Faced with rapid change, demands for professional quality, teacher now have a need to update and improve their skills through in-service learning. This study have explored the relationship between teacher development and school development, and suggested that teacher development should be based on a view of how teachers learn both as individuals and as members of a whole school or team. This study have recognized that teachers may need a mixture of support, involve the development, the school as an organization, and individuals within it. |
