中文摘要 | 近年來汽車傳動系統等速接頭( constant velocity joint )外筒發展趨勢乃是 朝向溫間鍛造+冷間精整製程。由於溫間鍛造製程融合了冷、熱鍛之優點,具有省能源、較 佳之成形性、提高製品精度、易於自動化生產等優點。但是在模具使用壽命之控制方面不易 ,稍有不慎即可使模具毀損、崩毀,致使鍛造生產時成本控制與預測不易。為了了解在溫鍛 時的材料流動特性,避免實際開模後 trial & error 的次數, 縮短鍛件開發時程,電腦模 擬已成為設計者不可或缺的一項利器。本文的目的,在於希望藉由 DEFORM 應用於產品開發 之實例, 以深入淺出的方式,使鍛造業者瞭解電腦輔助工程 (CAE) 之應用現況,包括前處 理之製程參數輸入、後處理之模擬結果判讀與改進。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the development of outer race of constant velocity joint has more focus on warm forging and cold sizing processes. Although warm forging process has both the advantages of hot and cold forging , such as the lower energy consumption、 better forgeability、 higher product precision and easier automations, the life cycle control of dies and cost evaluations have more difficulties than hot and cold forging. In order to understand the material flow of vyarm forging and decrease the time of development, computer simulation of forging process has been used. By using the simulation code DEFORM and giving the detail input /output in this case, forging company can realize the recent applications of the computeraid aid engineering in forging. |
