中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於開發一簡單快速的逆相HPLC分析方法以測定化妝品中水楊 酸 的含量。以甲醇水(含0.05M磷酸)=8515為移動相進行單一分離(isocratic separation) 可得到最佳分離效果,分析所用的分離管柱是Mightysil RP-18 Gp (5μm, 250x4.6mm i.d.)、 流速為1.1mL/min並以254nm為偵測彼長。其線性範圍為5g/mL至100g/mL,相關係數 (correlation coefficient)=O.998,變異係數值(CV)為1.15%,回收率達99%。 |
英文摘要 | A simple, rapid and reliable high performance liquid chromatographic method for determinatin of salicylic acid (SA) in cosmetic formulations has been developed. Isocratic separation was performed using an Mightysil RP-18GP column (5μm, 25cm x 4.6mm i.d.) with a mobile phase MeOH: H2O in 0.05M H3P04 (75: 25, v/v), flow rare 11 mL/min and UY detector at 254 nm. The peak high response versus concentration was coefficients were 0.998, and the coefficient of variation and the recovery were respectively, 1.15% and 99%. |
