中文摘要 | 鉗合劑用於萃取或淋洗土壤重金屬的研究已有相當的時日,有助於土壤的復育。本研究之主要目的在於探討EDTA及DTPA兩種鉗合劑移除受重金屬污染之水田土壤中重金屬,並以復育前後土壤重金屬濃度和植體重金屬濃度之差異,驗證鉗合劑對重金屬的移除效果。 土壤採集自彰化市境內鄰近東芳國小之可能受重金屬污染水稻田,0.1 M鹽酸萃取重金屬含量顯示重金屬多聚積於表土,且愈近灌溉溝渠污染愈嚴重。EDTA和DTPA移除土壤重金屬試驗,先行振盪萃取試驗,使用鉗合劑濃度為0.001 M至0.1M,土壤與溶液比為1比10(W:V),結果顯示,鉗合劑濃度大於0.05 M以上時,重金屬的萃取量已無明顯增加,0.005M之鉗合劑濃度可萃取相當量的重金屬,以此濃度進行淋洗試驗。比較0.005M的EDTA和DTPA對重金屬之移除效果,EDTA對鎳及鋅的移除效果較佳,DTPA則對銅有較佳之淋洗移除效果。移除重金屬後之土壤種植青江白菜,分析植體結果顯示,DTPA淋洗最能降低植體重金屬濃度,且收成之植體中鎘濃度能符合北歐制定的0.1μg/g鮮重容許標準。 |
英文摘要 | Chelators have been used for extracting and leaching heavy metals polluted soils effectively for a long time. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of removing heavy metals from paddy soil by the chelators, EDTA and DTPA, by measuring the difference in the concentration of the heavy metals between chelator-treated soil and untreated soil. The difference of heavy metal concentration in the plant grown on treated soil and untreated soil were also compared. The soils were taken from a heavy metal polluted paddy field in Changhua City nearby Tounfang elementary school. Most of heavy metals were accumulated in topsoil(0~15 cm). The soil nearby the irrigation ditch was highly polluted. To extract heavy metals by using 0.001M-0.1M chelator concentration with soil solution was 1:10(w:v), showed that when chelator concentration was higher 0.05M the amount of heavy metals extracted did not increase with the increasing of the chelator concentration. EDTA was better for removing Ni and Zn at 0.005M. DTPA was better for removing Cu. After leaching by chelators, removing heavy metals, Chinese mustard were planted. The concentration of heavy metals in plants grown on DTPA treated soil was lower than that in EDTA treated soil. The Cd concentration of plant grown on 0.005M EDTA and DTPA treated soil could lower than the maximum tolerable limit of vegetable corps (i.e. 0.1 μg/g), proposed by Nordic Food Industries Committee. |
