中文摘要 | 二行程引擎排氣系統包括壓力波調諧管和消音器兩部份。本研究以實驗方法探討 二行程機車引擎排氣系統中的壓力波調諧管之特性、對引擎性能的影響以及設計參數。選取 一個 50cc 機車排氣系統為研究對象,藉由多種參數的改變,配合壓力相位實驗的結果,判 讀不同設計的排氣系統的特性與優劣,並以此歸納出一套 50cc 二行程機車引擎排氣系統中 的壓力波調諧管之設計準則。並且探討壓力波調諧管和消音器耦合前、後之引擎性能變力, 尋找出兩者耦合時所須遵循的設計規律,提供工業界極方便的設計參考。 |
英文摘要 | The performance of a two-stroke engine for scooter-type motorcycles is heavily affect by the length and expansion angle of the tuning pipe as well as by the distance between the end of pipe and spacer of the muffler. The engine performance and simultaneous pressure-wave histograms in the cylinder and exhaust port are measurd in this experiment by means of a dynamometr and pressure transducers, respectively. The length and expansion angles of the tuning pepe are found to be the primary parameters controlling the plugging/suction effect. The length of lead-in pipe dominates the phase of the starting point of the reflected expansion wave. The total length controls the timing of the reflected expansion waves. The length of the expansion section controls the period of the reflected expansion wave. The first expansion angle of the exhaust pipe must be limited to a small value, then expanded gradually to a desired diameter. With the installation of a muffler, the increase of temperature and pressure in the tuning pipe induces an increase of wave velocities so that the timing of waves advances to an early stage. The timing of expansion waves remains nearly constant, while that of compression waves is deferred with the increase of muffler spacing. The intensity of the compression wave weakens with the increase of muffler spacing. There is an optimal position for the installation of muffler. |
