中文摘要 | 本計畫設計、製作被動式的消音器共計十款,藉以改善排氣的流場結構所造成的噪音。噪音量測結果如下:以整體等效消音效果而言,雙出口管的消音效果最佳,大約均有10-20 dB的降幅。若欲應用於UAV,則消音器必須滿足小而短的要求,串聯多個頻段的側腔共振式的結構可以提供更寬的消音頻段。排氣管壓力降之量測結果顯示:消音器進、出口壓力損失大致上也隨著引擎轉速之增加而增加;而具有雙排氣出口之消音器,其壓力降較適中。整體而言,雙排氣管消音器模型的各項性能表現均較佳,尤其是在5000-6000 rpm時更明顯。 |
英文摘要 | This study designs and manufactures ten model silencers of the passive types to realize the amount of noise reduction of the UAV power system. Some important results are summarized as follows: The overall noise reduction is the best for the silencers with single inlet and double outlets. The reduction ranges about 10-20 dB. This reduction is even more pronounced at 5000 rpm and 6000 rpm. To be installed on the UAV system, the size must be minimized. Under such request, several silencers with Helmholtz resonator can be connected in series to widen the frequency band for noise reduction. For the silencer with a single inlet and double outlets, the pressure drop is mild; but increases with increasing the engine speed. |
