中文摘要 | 本文以共軛曲面原理、座標轉換及微分幾何,推導出搖擺式雙滾子從動件共軛凸 輪之輪廓外形方程式、壓力角方程式、主曲率方程式、主方向方程式以及主誘導法曲率方程 式。本文以紡織機上常見的打緯機構內使用的搖擺式雙滾子從動件共軛凸輪為一設計實例, 設計出共軛凸輪之輪廓外形,以 Auto CAD 模擬出從動件與共軛凸輪的實體模型,分析本機 構的壓力角,並把共軛凸輪輪廓外形的曲面座標值, 利用 Master CAM 軟體轉成加工之 NC 程式碼,再以綜合加工中心機切削加工凸輪。並組裝出一搖擺式雙滾子從動件共軛凸輪之雛 形。本研究成果對設計與加工製造搖擺式雙滾子從動件共軛凸輪應有所貢獻。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we derived the profile equations and the equations of pressure angles of a conjugate cam with oscillating double roller followers based on the theory of conjugate surfaces, coordinate transformation and differential geometry. According to differential geometry theory, the equations of principle curvature, principle direction and principle reduced curvature are derived. We used a conjugated cam with oscillating double roller followers in textile machinery as a design example. Substituting a chosen set of design parameters into these derived equations, the solid moldings of this mechanism were simulated by using AutoCAD software. The pressure angle of this mechanism was analyzed. The surface coordinate values of the cam are transferred into NC code by a using MasterCAM software. Then the conjugated cam is machined by machining center and prototpye of this mechanism is assembled. The results of this paper may have make contributions to the design and manufacture of conjugate cams with oscillating double roller followers. |
