| 中文摘要 | 平行軸齒輪對其嚙合面成為嚙合線,因此若選定了通過節點的任意嚙合線方程式 ,便可以設計出共軛齒形來。本文乃針對平行軸齒輪對,選定直線及二次曲線分別做為齒形 共軛接觸時之嚙合線,依據第二類共軛曲面設計原理,微分幾何及座標轉換原理,推導出共 軛齒形。並以Auto CAD繪圖軟體模擬齒輪外形,對推導出之共軛齒分析其滑動係數與曲率。 本文設計共軛齒形的方法不同於一般創成法,同時也研究了此兩種共軛齒形滑動係數與曲率 之差異。其結果對平行軸齒輪對之齒形設計應有所貢獻,此設計方法也可應用於具其他嚙線 合共軛齒形及設計凸輪與螺桿外形上。 |
| 英文摘要 | For a parallel axis transmission gear pair, the meshing surface becomes the meshing line. Therefore, if the equation of meshing line through pitch point is chosen and if motion relation between two gears is specified, the conjugate tooth profiles of two gears can be designed. In this paper straight line and polynomial curve with second order were assigned as the meshing line of parallel axis gear pairs. Then the equation of conjugate tooth profiles, coefficient of sliding, and curvature were derived based on the theory of second type conjugate surfaces, differential geometry, and coordinate transformation. These designed gear tooth profiles were simulated using Auto CAD. The values of the coefficient of sliding and curvature were also analyzed. The design method proposed in this paper differs from the ordinary generated method for designing conjugate tooth profiles. The results of this paper make contributions to the design of parallel axis transmission gear pairs and could be applied to design the geometry of cams and lead screws. |
