| 中文摘要 | 本文依據栓槽件和栓槽刨齒刀具之相對位置,定義其座標系統求出座標轉換矩陣。指定栓槽件齒面的方程式與栓槽刨齒刀具和栓槽件之相對位置,應用共軛曲面原理、座標轉換及微分幾何,推導出具倒角之方形栓槽軸的刨齒刀具輪廓外形方程式。本文舉一設計實例,代入選定的參數值,設計出栓槽刨齒刀具之輪廓外形方程式,以C程式語言求出其輪廓外形X、Y座標點的數據,並繪出其輪廓外形,並以CAD模擬出刨齒刀具的實體模型。本研究成果對設計與加工製造栓槽刨齒刀具應有所貢獻。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this paper, we derived the profile equation of a cutter for the straight spline shaft based on the theory of conjugate surfaces, coordinate transformation and differential geometry. The coordinate systems between spline shaft and shaping cutter are well defined according to the relative position of spline shaft and shaping cutter. Then, the coordinate transformation matrices are obtained. If profile equation of the spline shaft and motion condition are specified, profile equations of shaping cutter can be derived based on this method. Then designed a spline shaft as an example. Substituting a chosen set of designing parameters into these derived equations, the solid moldings of the cutter were simulated by using CAD software. The results of this paper may make some contributions to the design and manufacture of a shaping cutter for the straight spline shaft. |
