中文摘要 | 原料的投入,加工生產,成品產出是製造業的基本生產模式,就一個單一製程的生產工場而言,往往可將生產活動視為一個黑箱,僅僅掌握投入與產出的績效以簡化管理的活動,然而對於製程較長的產業而言,物流在生產過程滯留的時間很長,如何洞悉生產活動、掌握生產管理控制的要件,反而成為公司決戰商場的致勝關鍵,中國鋼鐵公司利用資訊與實務(物)同步的同步運作概念,自行發展整體產銷系統,開創了公司高效率的生產訊作業環境,本文將介紹中鋼如何利用此同步運作觀念建立其生產與物流追蹤資訊系統以透視生產活動的做法及概念。 |
英文摘要 | Production management is a contentious issue in the efficient operation of manufacturing industries. Although single-process plants may arbitrarily construct a production plan based on the throughput of input material and output product to emphasize simplicity while relying on domain expertise to handle all actual production management problems, multi-process plants require the precise coordination of all the varying production activities to reach optimized planning control and management which are critical success factors to competitiveness. As a multi-process plant Chinal Steel developed the synchronized method to deliver real-time information to production processes. This paper describes how China Steel applied this synchronized method to its Production Management and Material Flow Tracking Systems, and shows the resulting correlation to China Steel's planned production. |
