中文摘要 | 生產系統的作業彈性(operational flexibility)是指系統使用作業技術及管理方 法適應內外環境變化的能力,這種適應能力對於提昇現代生產系統的績效極為重要。本文提 出一個新的作業彈性分析架構及衡量模式,以改善傳統彈性衡量模式的缺點,本模式,應用 了下例的觀點和方法:(1) 以作業階層的所有部門為基礎來建立作業彈性架構;(2) 以部門 在各種生產狀態下的處理能力與效率作為作業彈性衡量的主要依據;(3) 考慮與市場狀況互 動的彈性衡量模式;(4) 提出「技術彈性」及「管理彈性」的觀念。文章最後以一家汽車公 司的板金沖壓工廠為例,說明本研究所建議的作業彈性架構及衡量模式之可用性。 |
英文摘要 | Using operational technologies and managerial procedures, the operation flexibility of a production system is able to know as its capability to respond environmental variation. The system's capability becomes increasingly important since it significantly influences the modern production systems on the production performance. In this study, a hierarchical structure and several measurement models of the operational flexibility are proposed to improve the lack of traditional measurement models with al flexibility. New concepts and methodologies are proposed to (l)include the technological flexibility and managerial flexibility while developing the model; (2) consider the system capability and efficiency to be the core factor of the measurement of operational flexibility; (3 reference the market demand while measuring operational flexibility; and (4)deal with all work departments as the bases of the hierarchical structure. A sheet-metal pressing factory of an automobile production system is illustrated the application of this model. |
