中文摘要 | 本研究探討以石墨爐式原子吸收光譜儀直接分析食用油脂類中鉛含量,將檢體以2% lecithin-cyclohexane溶液等量稀釋後,利用標準添加法以偏極化茲曼石墨爐式原子吸收光譜儀直接檢測。偵測極限為4.0 n9/mL。添加鉛10,40及100 ng/mL於大豆沙泣油中,使用標準添加法測定,其回收率為105.0~108.7%,添加於豬油中,其回收率為105.6-112.0%。 |
英文摘要 | A simple method for the determination of lead in edible oils and fats was developed. The method uses polarized Zeeman graphite furnace atomicabsorption spectrophotometer and pyro graphite tube. Edible oils were diluted with 2% lecithin-cyclohexane solution and analyzed directly using the standard addition method. The detection limit of this method is 4.0 ng/mL. Salad oil and lard were spiked with 10, 40 and 100 ng Pb/mL, respectively. The recoveries of lead in salad oil using the standard addition method were in the range 105.0~108.7% and those in lard were in the range of 105.6~12.0%. |
