中文摘要 | 本研究採討以石墨爐式原子吸收光譜儀直接測量酒中鉛、銅及鎘之含量。將檢體以 0.5% 硝酸溶液烯釋至酒精濃度 5% 以下, 添加 0.5% 磷酸二氫鉀溶液為修飾劑,以偏極化 茲曼石墨爐式原子吸收光譜儀直接測定其吸光度, 由標準曲線計算其含量。 偵測極限為鉛 0.5ng/mL,銅 0.5mg/mL 及鎘 0.05ng/mL。添加鉛 10,20,30ng/mL,銅 10,20,30ng/mL 及鎘 10,20,30ng/mL 於啤酒、葡萄酒及高梁酒中, 鉛之回收率於啤酒為 95.3 ∼ 97.9% ,於葡萄酒為 94.2 ∼ 99.1%,於高梁酒為 95.1 ∼ 98.9%;銅之回收率於啤酒為 97.1 ∼ 98.3%, 於葡萄酒為 97.2 ∼ 99.5%, 於高梁酒為 97.5 ∼ 99.1%; 鎘之回收率於啤酒為 98.1 ∼ 99.5%,於葡萄酒為 98.3 ∼ 99.4%,於高梁酒為 97.5 ∼ 99.7%。 以此法分析國 產酒 34 件及進口酒 45 件,共計 79 件。國產酒檢出含鉛 15 件,平均含量 23.41,檢出 範圍 2.7~63.9%ng/mL, 進口酒檢出 16 件, 平均含量 13.02ng/mL, 檢出範圍 0.9 ∼ 49.7%ng/mL。 國產酒檢出含銅 23 件, 平均含量 79.31ng/mL, 檢出範圍 5.3 ∼ 503.0ng/mL,進口酒檢出 41 件,平均含量 64.42ng/mL,檢出範圍 2.9~445.0ng/mL。國產 酒檢出含鎘 4 件,平均含量 3.4ng/mL, 檢出範圍 2.5 ∼ 5.0ng/mL,進口酒檢出 9 件,平 均含量 0.9ng/mL,檢出範圍 0.2 ∼ 2.3ng/mL。 |
英文摘要 | A quick, easy method for determination of lead, copper and cadmium in alcoholic beverage was developed. The method uses a polarized Zeeman praphite furmace atomic absorption spectrophotometer (GFAAS) and pyrolytic graphite tube. Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was used as a matrix modifier. Alocholic beverages were diluted to a concentration of less than 5% alcohol with 0.5% nitric acid and were analyzed directly. The estimated detection limits were 0.5Pb/mL, 0.5ng Cu/mL and 0.05 ng Cd/mL. Recovery studies were performed using beer, grape wine and kao liang liguor, fortified with 10,20 and 30 ng Cd/mL, 10,20 and 30ng Cd/mL and 1.0,2.0 and 3.0 ng Cd/mL, reispectively. Recoveries of lead in beer were in the range of 95.3~97.9%, in grape wine were in the range of 94.2~99.1% and in kao liang liquor were in the range of 95.1~98.9%. Recoveries of copper in beer were in the range of 97.1~98.3%, in grape wine were in the range of 97.4~99.5% and in kao liang liquor were in the range of 97.5~99.1%. Recoveries of cadmium in beer were in the range of 98.1~99.5%, in grape wine were in the range of 98.3~99.4% and in kao liang liquor were in the range of 97.5~99.7%. Seventy-nine samples of alcoholic beverages were analyzed using GFAAS. Results showed that the contents of heavy metals in the domestic products were 2.7~63.9% ng Pb/mL (15 samples), 5.3~503.0 ng Cu/mL (23 samples) and 2.5~5.0 ng Cd/mL (4 samples). In the imported products, they were 0.9~49.7 ng Pb/mL (16 samples), 2.9~445.0 ng Cu/mL (41 samples) and 0.2~2.3 ng Cd/mL (9 samples). |
