中文摘要 | 博物館收藏的紙質文物易被黴菌著生,造成菌斑,嚴重影響典藏價值,是文物保存的困擾之一。為瞭解造成菌斑的黴菌,本研究由館藏國畫上,分離鑑定黴菌菌種,其中以青黴菌和麴菌為主,共17種佔34株菌種總數的50%。觀察兩屬真菌菌種在-1到-90bar水潛勢(water potential)的培養基上生長的情形,可知其為耐旱菌(xerotolerant),其中十五種的菌株具有很強的纖維素分解能力。 |
英文摘要 | Paper is a suitable substratum for cellulolytic fungi that may cause discoloration and spotting through mildewing or destruction of the paper. When mildew appears on paintings, it is destructive to the valuable art collections. In the present study, thirty-four species of fungi were isolated from a Chinese painting collected by the Anthropology Museum, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. Among them, 17 species were identified to be Aspergillus and Penicillium spp.. The isolated Aspergillus and Penicillium spp. were capable of growing on low water potential medium, suggested that they were xerotolerant fungi. Taking P. verrulosum as an representative example, the radial growth decreased gradually from 16.8 to 9.8 mm/7 days as water potential decreased from -35.4 to -90 bar. In addition, most of them were cellulolytic in nature. |
