中文摘要 | 冷軋鋼捲經退火調質後必須塗上防�蛌o,以防止鋼品表面生�蛂C防�蛌o有一般防�蛌o及DOS防�蛌o兩種,在冷軋第二連續退火線(No.2 CAL)各有其專用之靜電塗油機。 然而因DOS防�蛌o含臘質較高,當氣溫低時,DOS防�蛌o易凝固,造成DOS塗油機管路或霧化器阻塞,導致鋼捲表面塗油不均,使產品有?蝕之虞,必須重新上線作重退火塗油處理,而且由於無法立即排除阻塞問題,生產排程常需緊急修改為一般塗油之產品,造成產線運作極大困擾。另外在排除阻塞問題時,人員必須進入塗油機內,但機內地面有油垢,人員易滑倒,有安全之虞。為解決此一問題,於是No.2 CAL引進一套特別設計之DOS塗油機加熱系統,由於這是此型塗油機首次安裝加熱系統,因此其使用情況和效果極受重視,加熱系統經安裝及一段時間之試用,效果相當顯著,已達到預期目的,本文即是針對此加熱系統安裝情況、功能、效果進行說明。 |
英文摘要 | Cold rolled as-annealed coils are necessary to be coated by rush preventing oil for avoiding rust on the surface of products after annealing and temper rolling. There are two types of electrostatic oilers at No.2 CAL, one is for ordinary rust preventing oil and the other is for DOS oil. Whereas, DOS oil contains wax, so it tends to solidify when the ambient temperature is lower, which results that DOS oil clogs inside the piping and atomizers of the DOS oiler. Therefore, products couldn't be coated uniformly by DOS oiler. Consequently, these coils have the high probability of rusting on their surface. Under such circumstance, these coils have to be re-annealed and re-coated. When DOS oil clogging problem occurred, we must, in hurry, modify the coil charging schedule to produce products coated by ordinary oil. More worse, workers must enter into oiler body inside to work out the clogging problem on the slippery ground scattered by DOS oil waste. In order to solve this annoying problem, No.2 CAL installed a specific DOS oiler heating system. Since it is the first time for rotary type of oiler installing this kind of heating system, so we pay more athenian on its function, result, and installation. The purpose of this article is to describe the heating system's installation, function, and effect. |
