中文摘要 | 瓷金塗層在近十年來廣為各大鋼廠用來提升冷軋連續退火爐輥的表面性質,本文旨在研究中鋼兩條連續退火線高溫區爐輥瓷金塗層於使用後所發生的性質變化之特性。經廣泛量測分析塗層的化學成份、硬度、表面粗度及磁性,可看出某些影響塗層性質變異的特定因素。文中討論了塗層性質變化與使用條件之間的關聯,也論及本次所使用分析方法的限制以及未來繼續研究之方向。最後基於成本之考量,對爐輥瓷金塗層的維護方針也提出若干建議。 |
英文摘要 | Cermet coating became widely adopted by steel mills in the past decade as an effective measure to enhance the surface quality of continuous annealing furnace rolls. The present work deals with the characteristics of the change of coating properties during service in the high temperature zones of CSC's two continuous annealing lines. Chemical contents, hardness, surface roughness and magnetism are extensively measured and checked, and the analysis of these measured data reveals certain factors that may have affected the change of properties of the coating. Correlation between the change of each property and the service condition of coating is discussed. Limitation of the analysis in the present work and issues for future study are also mentioned. Finally, tactics for maintenance of the cermet coating are suggested for better economy. |
