英文摘要 | It is difficult to deliquor the tank residue by mechanical expression. Pretreatments like heating and alkaline addition can effectively improve its deliquorablility, and the addition of surfactant leads contradictory effect. The overall deliquorablility of simulated oily sludge is deteriorated as the oil content increases. Both cationic and anionic surfactants addition result in a lower deliquoring rate and final liquid amount removed. According to the Terzaghi-Voigt rheological model, as oil content increases or surfactants are added, the cake rigidity decreases and the highly porous structure collapses quickly. Around the flocs, emulsified oil may form a liquid film more viscous than water film. It causes the creeping between constituent particles of filter cake more difficult. |
