中文摘要 | 本研究旨在發展台灣地區國民小學師資培育之評鑑規準與主要評鑑方法。評鑑規準內容以美國NCATE所發展的評鑑規準為主,融合CIPP評鑑模式的架構,分為背景、輸入、過程、成果評鑑四個部分,共有86個規準,評鑑方法由文獻探討以7項常用評鑑方法為主,經專家共同推薦後得到一致的結果,歸納出師資培育機構適用之評鑑規準與主要評鑑方法。 本研究採用CIPP的結構及德懷術問卷調查,用自編的調查工具,以任教於師資培育機構的教師,和國小校長、主任、教師為研究對象進行取樣,以百分比、眾數等方法,進行問卷調查所得資料之分析。據資料分析的結,所得結論如下: 一、背景評鑑部分:背景評鑑旨在評鑑有關師資培育機構之教育目標是否符合師資培育目標、教育理念,和發展特色等,以及工作計劃內容,制定過程與執行情形是否有效,共有11項適用規準。 二、輸入評鑑部分:輸入評鑑旨在評估師資培育機構之教育目標所投入的資源運用情形是否合適,包括人員、編制、設備、場地、經費與使用,及規章辦法之現況,共有34項適用規準。 三、過程評鑑部分﹕過程評鑑旨在評鑑師資培育機構之各項工作是否能順利進行,共有23項適用規準。 四、成果評鑑部分﹕成果評鑑旨在評鑑師資培育機構之教育目標是否達成之情形,共有18項適用規準。 五、各評鑑規準所適用之評鑑方法,經過對專家學者德懷術的問卷調查後,每一個規準都有專家建議使用的主要評鑑方法,供評鑑人員於評鑑時參考用。 後依據結論對評鑑人員、師資培育、師資培育機構,及未來研究方向提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to develop the criteria for evaluating elementary school teachers' cultivation in Taiwan. The content of the evaluating criteria was based on that of NCATE, combined with the framework of CIPP evaluation model, obtained 86 evaluation criteria within 4 sections: context , input , process , product. From the result of investigating the literature, there were 7 main evaluation method. In the study, 39 panel members participated in the three rounds Deophi study. From the feedback of the statistical results of many consultations and opinions, induced the criteria and main evaluating methods. Questionnaire was used to collect data. Percentage and Mode were adopted to analyze the data. On the basis of statistical results, the conclusions were drawn as follows: 1. Context : there were 11 criteria available for recommednation. 2. Input : there were 34 criteria available for recommendation. 3. Process: there were 23 criteria available for recommendation. 4. Product : there were 18 criteria available for recommendation. The evaluation criteria can be used for references for the evaluation process of teachers' training institute. Suggestions related to evaluation panel members' teachers' train, and further research were also provided. |
