英文摘要 | Multiple developments of teachers training makes either the teachers' structure change basically. Reform must not mean that the assurance will be better and it just means that the reasonable opportunity will be better, and so is the system of teachers' training. The essay aims at discussing on responding to quality and efficiency after the legalization of teachers' system is positioned. The content, attribute, and important structural factors must obviously face it at first, so we must concretely check their origin for which should be adjusted and how they should be adjusted to identify their professional picture and line of thought. Hereby, the teachers' training organizations are given some regulation for target and function to plan multiple education courses with characteristics, and to carry out the content of education practice for strengthening the practice of elementary school teachers' ideas and specialized objects. |
