中文摘要 | 本文主旨在應用地理資訊系統以處理學生問卷調查所得之資料,即結合學生來源 地區與問卷調查兩種不同類型資料,進而轉換為地理資訊系統上之電子資料,再藉由地理資 訊系統軟體之空間及分析之功能,即可提供決策者如校長和董事會作一即時、有效、可快速 更改之判讀,並可輕易的將學生之意見轉換為推動學校前進之依據,用以創造學校與學生雙 贏局面,更有利於學校爾後招生參考之依據。為更有效的探討本研究之方法與邏輯並減低資 料複雜性,故而樣本空間僅限於屏東縣某專校財稅科之日間部八班學生,而問卷調查則採取 簡易型,即家居地區與招生宣傳有關等五個問題,問卷收集完成後,首先以MICROSOFT ACCESS 建立學生背景及問卷資料庫屬性表,屬性表首欄為姓名,依序為其背景資料、地區屬性、調 查意見等,地區屬性則依據其畢業國中地理位置之GRS 2 TM座標,座標之查詢以農林廳之五 千分之一之航照圖為主。而電子地圖則以一般市面上可購得之小比例尺之屏東縣及高雄縣為 底圖,以任一數化軟體(如AUTOCAD、Arc/Info、ARCVIEW等)及數位板數化而成,將此已數 化完成之底圖與前項之資料庫之屬性表藉由一GIS軟體做空間屬性資料之聯結後,即可以GIS 內建之分析功能作資料交叉分析,並可由GIS展示功能表示出較具可讀性之決策,亦即該決 策已具地理性,而現今市場有頗多GIS軟體選擇性如ARCVIEW、Arc/Info、MapInfo、WinGIS 等,本研究旨在整體分析方法之執行性而並不在探討GIS軟體優劣,故以較流通之一種且俱 網路使用功能的ARCVIEW為選擇。 |
英文摘要 | The major objective of this research is to study how to modify the school propaganda to receive a higher rate of student application for MeiHo College by utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) to analyze the investigated information of both the students' residential distribution and the opinions of school issues. The GIS software is used to transform the collected data to the digital type carrying on geographic information and then in which the GIS functions such as spatial analyses and statistics may play an important role to get some conclusions which cannot be possibly drawn from the raw data. In fact, the drawn conclusions may be useful, efficient, and in time for a decision-maker such as the principal or the board of education of the college to improve the school's management or propaganda. Indeed, in so doing, either the school or students can benefit from a good position due to better interpolation of data. In order to reduce the data complexity as well as clearly present the proposed methodology, the data samples are taken as the currently enrolled eight classes of students at the Public Financial Department. In the mean time, each student is only asked to answer the five simple questions related to his background as well as school's propaganda. By using the Microsoft Access, all the collected answers are organized as a database in which the data in order are identified as Name, Bakground, Area, Opinion No. 1, Opinion No. 2, etc. It needs to point out that the so-called "Area" represents the 2 TM coordination of the formal junior high of a student. Meanwhile, those coordinations are identified from the 1/5000 maps provided by Agriculture and Forest Dept. On the other hand, the digital maps of the study area, Kaohsiung and Pingtong shiens, are created by using ARCVIEW (OK if others such as AUTOCAD and Arc/Info) to digitize small-scale maps available at market. The digitized maps of the study area are spatially connected to the built-up database through the use of the GIS spatial functions and then the interrelation between the maps and database can tell the information of the students' residential distribution relating to the propaganda of school. By doing so, it may provide not just information but also "Geographic Information". Indeed, the information like the conclusions of this study is more "readable" and "understandable". As final, many available GIS softwares such as ARCVIEW, Arc/Info, Mapinfo, and WinGIS can be used for this study. Since this study emphasizes the methodology of the GIS applied for the use of school issues, the acceptance of ARCVIEW is only because its usage is quite popular in schools. |
