中文摘要 | 近年來尿素持續被應用為作物生產之氮素來源。因為土讓中之尿素水解酵素控制尿素之水解速率及影響尿素之有效性,所以估測亞熱帶地區土壤之尿素水解酵素活性及探討其與土壤性質之關係,極為重要。針對臺灣中部與西南部之24個蔗田表土樣品,分別檢測尿素水解酵素含量及土壤之理化性質。結果顯示,所有土讓樣品之尿素水解酵素活性以每小時每克土中,尿素被水解之含量平均為20.9±7.6微克氮,範圍自3.6至44.7微克氮。簡單相關分析結果顯示,尿素水解酵素與土壤交換性鉀(r=0.6290)、有效性鉀(r=0.6199)、有機質(r=0.6120)、有效性磷(r=0.5987)及交換性鈣(r=0.5869),有極顯著(P<0.001)之相關。尿素水解酵素與全氮(r=0.5302)、陽離子交換能量(r=0.5235)、坋粒(r=0.5128)、粘粒(r=0.4833)及砂粒含量(r=-0.5233)有顯著(P<0.01)之相關。多重逐步回歸分析方程式顯示,若使用坋粒含量、有效性磷及交換性鉀與鈉等土壤參數,可解釋39.1至78.5%不等之變異性。 |
英文摘要 | Urea used as a nitrogen source for crop production has shown marked increase in recent years. Because urease controls the hydrolysis rate of urea and affects urea efficiency, it is important to estimate urease activity (UA) in subtropical soils and determine the relationships between soil properties and UA. UA in topsoil subsamples from 24 cane field soils located at central and southwest parts of Taiwan, including a wide range of physicochemical properties, were investigated. Values of UA ranged from 3.6 to 44.7 ug urea-N hydrolyzed g�笐� soil h�笐�, with a mean value of 20.9 ± 7.6. Simple correlation analyses showed that UA was significantly (P<0.001) correlated with exchangeable K (r=0.6290), available K (r=0.6199), OM (r=0.6120), available P (r=0.5987), and exchangeable Ca (r=0.5869). Significant correlation (P<0.01) was also found between UA and properties, total N(r=0.5302), CEC (r=0.5235), silt (r=0.5128), clay (r=0.4833), and sand contents (r=-0.5233). Variability from 39.1 to 78.5% in UA could be explained by multiple-regression equations involving parameters: silt content, available P, and exchangeable cations:K and Na. |
