| 英文摘要 | The aim of this paper is to introduce a popular writing technique-sentence combining which has been successfully applied widely for years in the states to English composition teaching for learners of English at the beginning to intermediate levels. Via various exercises of systematically-arranged sentence combinations, learners cultivate the ability for sentence analysis and better writing skills as well. Furthermore, the paper integrates a variety of theories and statements presented by the English teaching specialists with my own experience so as to help promote learners' writing interest and become more self- confident writers. |
