| 英文摘要 | A method to treat a projective plane over GF(3) for constructing combinatorial designs has been developed. The root incidences of the points on the projective plane for the quadratic equations constitute 28 equivalence classes under the cyclic shifts corresponding to the linear transformation of PG(2,3). Four out of 28 classes are (13,4,1) perfect difference sets and two sequences from two of these four classes give the Barker sequence of length 13. |
