中文摘要 | 在機械加工過程中,常因人為操作疏忽或機器故障所產生的誤動作,而導致待加 工物或機具受損,甚至危急整個系統的安全。而故障偵測這構想因能有效的確保伺服系統的 可靠性及安全性,已逐漸引起重視。本文目的在於探討永磁無刷馬達之伺服控制系統的異常 負載偵測問題。本文採取未知輸入估測器之技術,估測加工過程中之異常負載轉矩。根據所 估測之異常負載轉矩作適當控制,以避免伺服控制系統受到損壞。實驗結果顯示,本文所提 出之方法能有效估測出加工過程之異常負載轉矩。 |
英文摘要 | In manufacturing processes, human error and abnormal operation often produce excessive amounts of torque on servomechanisms. These abnormal loads may damage the work piece or tool and sometimes the entire servo system. Fault detection is beginning to receive considerable attention for its usefulness in ensuring the safety and reliability of servo systems. The aim of this research is to investigate the problem of abnormal load detection for servo control systems with permanent magnet brushless motors (PMBLM). The unknown input observer technique is employed to estimate the abnormal load torque exerted during the manufacturing process, while the appropriate control can be applied to prevent or reduce the risk of damaging the servo system. The experimental results indicate that the presented approach can successfully detect abnormal load torque from a servo system without using any torque sensors. |
