中文摘要 | 本文設計一台三自由度船舶運動模擬機,針對其機構特性建立運動方程式,並設 計控制器,透過電液伺服系統驅動此模擬機,以進行快艇在海上航行時船體縱搖、橫搖及起 伏運動之模擬。利用於一艘二十米巡邏艇上量測得之船體運動資料進行模擬實驗,由實驗量 測結果及實地乘坐證明其模擬效果良好。文中首度在一般個人電腦作業系統環境下,整合電 腦影像繪製與液壓伺服控制,完成影像與機構運動的精確同步。本研究並完成兩種不同架構 之虛擬實境模擬程式設計,實現虛擬實境系統與使用者的即時互動。 |
英文摘要 | In this work, we design a three-degree-of-freedom, in-parallel electro-hydraulically driven ship motion simulator. Kinematic equations are derived. Motion control system is implemented based on kinematic equations. Real data measured on a 20-meter patrol boat are used to evaluate the performance of the control system. The experimental results show that the performance of the simulator is excellent. We have also integrated virtual reality and the servo system to achieve the synchronism of the both. The high performance-price-ratio set by this work can be the building block for future development of motion simulators. We have demonstrated two possible design architectures of the virtual reality program to perform the real-time interactions between the virtual reality system and the user. |
