英文摘要 | Recent application of metallocene technology in EPDM production poses many advantages over the conventional Ziegler-Natta catalysts, such as much higher activities, random comonomer distribution, narrow MWD, tailorable MW, and high comonomer incorporation rate. Moreover, it is estimated that mamufacturing EPDM by metallocene technology can lower the production cost and make the process more competible. This article brief by reviewing key factors in EPDM production and recent development of metallocene technology in this area. |
