中文摘要 | 本文探討液液相間轉移觸媒催化合成醚酯類之反應速率與界面活性的相關性。界面活性是由界面張力測定值來表示,而反應速率則利用固定界面積攪拌槽測得,改變的實驗變數有水相反應物(一種取代之苯基乙酸)濃度、有機相反應物(鹵烷)濃度、相間轉移觸媒(四級胺鹽)濃度及鹼(NaOH)濃度等。結果發現,雖然該醚酯化合成反應並非在界面上或界面附近進行,反應速率與界面活性仍有相同的變化趨勢,相信這是因為相間轉移觸媒與水相反應物具有界面活性的緣故。因此,由較簡單的界面張力測定值的變化即可預測反應性的大小。 |
英文摘要 | Reaction rates and surface activities for synthesis of an ether-ester by liquid-liquid phase transfer catalysis were qualitatively correlated at 298 K. The surface activity was obtained from surface pressure data and the reaction rate was measured using a Lewis-type stirred cell. All experiments were performed as a function of the concentrations of aqueous-phase reactant (a substituted phenylacetic acid), phase transfer catalyst, alkali, and organic-phase reactant (a haloalkane). The same tendencies for surface activity and reaction rate were observed. This study allowed s to predict the trends of reactivity at different conditions simply from interfacial tension measurements. |
